SHIPPING

Order Confirmation: You will receive an Order Confirmation email once your order has been confirmed and placed. This confirmation will outline your order number, item details, and shipping address. 

Processing times: Most items, including but not limited to apparel, posters, pillows, blankets, and flags, are produced on-demand after orders are placed. These items can take up to 7 business days to process and ship.

Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping rates from USPS, UPS, and DHL. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. After orders are shipped, please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery. 

International Shipping: We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Please note, rates charged are dynamic based on address and weight. This service includes VAT and delivery duties paid prior to arrival, so you don't have to pay anything out of pocket upon delivery! After orders are shipped, please allow up to 5-7 business days for delivery

 

Damages: We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, please contact us if your order is lost or damaged by the carrier and we will file a claim for you.

RETURNS

We have different return policies for each product. The return policy should be explicitly noted on the product description page. If it is not, the following pertains:

  • If your return request is fashion related (i.e. doesn't fit, don't like color, etc.), we usually cannot accept an exchange or refund.
  • If your issue is related to the garment (i.e. misprinted, damaged in shipping, etc.), we are happy to issue you a full refund or process replacement items.
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@barrytributepage.com first. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Such shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
